Returning your order
Not satisfied? Get your money back!
You may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days.
- Open our returns portal using the button below.
- Complete the returns form and include it in the parcel.
- Take the parcel to the specified drop-off point.
- Keep the tracking code as proof of shipment.
The return shipping costs of €7.95 including VAT are payable by the customer. After receiving your return, we usually process it within two working days. Your refund will be processed within 14 days at the latest.
