- Description: GRANIT bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 Biodegradable hydraulic oil in accordance with ISO 15 380 (HEES) and VDMA 24568 (HEES) GRANIT bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 is a synthetic, biodegradable, ester-based hydraulic oil. This product is a synthetic, readily biodegradable hydraulic fluid based on TMP esters with additives to ensure maximum performance. GRANIT bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 can be mixed with conventional mineral oil-based hydraulic oils in any mixing ratio and at any temperature to ensure that no conversion issues arise. Thanks to its excellent high temperature stability and low temperature flow properties, deposits and sticking caused by ageing products are prevented. GRANIT bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 protects all materials used in hydraulic systems from corrosion and wear thanks to its highly effective additives. It is recommended for use in all hydraulic systems in the construction, agriculture and forestry sectors, such as in excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, forestry machinery, lock hydraulics, etc., as well as for any application where leaks into the environment cannot be ruled out. GRANIT bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 is largely neutral toward paint and sealing materials. We monitor applications involving large filling volumes or initial uses through periodic oil analyses in our laboratory. This variety combines environmental compatibility with operational safety and economy. GRANIT bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 exceeds the requirements for HEES-type hydraulic oils according to VDMA 24 568 and contains 85% renewable raw materials (ASTM D6866) as determined by carbon-14 dating.
