- Areas of application: GRANIT engine oil USHPD SAE 10W-40 is a high-alloy, low-ash, low-viscosity USHPD engine oil for commercial vehicles. The use of selected base oils means that the year-round viscosity range SAE 10W-40 preferred by engine manufacturers can be achieved. The low temperature viscosity SAE 10W ensures reliable cold starting and the fastest possible supply of all lubrication points at very low temperatures. Extreme stresses are safely managed by the high temperature viscosity SAE 40. Friction losses and wear are reduced. Low oil and fuel consumption and longer engine service life significantly improve efficiency. GRANIT engine oil USHPD SAE 10W-40 has been specially developed for economically supplying low-emission engines with exhaust gas treatment systems. It can also be used in vehicles powered by natural gas. It belongs to the low-SAPS group of engine oils.
