- Areas of application: Adhesions and deposits are detached (detergent effect) and kept in suspension together with foreign bodies that have entered the system (dispersed). Water and cooling lubricants mixed with water are emulsified by GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68 without impairing the excellent lubrication and corrosion protection properties. Compatibility with seal and hose materials tested according to DIN 53538, DIN 53521 and DIN 53505. (NBR, AN, SI, FPM, PTFE, CR to a limited extent). Polar additives in GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68 improve its anti-friction properties and prevent the stick-slip phenomenon occurring, even under highly unfavourable operating conditions. GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68 is suitable for all hydraulic systems for which HLP oils are prescribed. The main area of application is the mobile hydraulics sector (excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, lorry lifting platforms, especially F.X. Meiller). GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68 has proven itself for use in hydraulic control units, precision hydraulics, machine tool hydraulics with connected contact surface lubrication, and in compressed air system maintenance units for lubricating pneumatic tools. Hydraulic system malfunctions caused by contaminants and wear are largely avoided thanks to GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68. GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68 exceeds the requirements of HLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51524, part 2 in many important areas. The test to determine filterability according to Abex Denison TP-02/100 has been passed. GRANIT hydraulic oil HLP-D 68 can also be used where lead alloys are used.
