What we do: We have developed an electronic system which allows external operation via two push buttons similar to that possible with the hydraulics remote control. This electronic system is technically different from the previous solution. The biggest advantage is that the system receives oil level information from the control unit via a learning function, and not via a potentiometer (as was the case previously). The driver of the machine can therefore find out the oil level at any time. In addition, the set oil level at the control unit is always given, regardless of how high the level in the cab is set in the DTI or BIF. The installation time is also substantially reduced as the system is installed with original plugs outside the cab directly at the control units. Installation of the electronic system takes approx. 0.5 - 1.0 hour.
