- Description: Processing instructions for TIP TOP vulcanising fluid CHC-free and TIP TOP hose patches TIP TOP vulcanising fluid is a vulcanising solution designed for the bonding layer of TIP TOP hose patches and valves with rubber base for coating the cleaned or roughened hose surface. Thanks to its specially developed formulation, high adhesion values can be achieved on all common hose qualities during both self-vulcanisation (min. 18°C) and hot vulcanisation. TIP TOP vulcanising liquid (CFC-free) is available in various user-friendly container sizes (tubes, tins). - Only use TIP TOP vulcanising fluid for processing TIP TOP tube patches and rubber foot valves - Observe the safety instructions on the containers or their packaging - Ensure draught-free ventilation of the workplace for large-area applications - Do not use porous tubes that have been attacked by light, ozone, etc. - Always check the tube and tire for further, concealed damage
