GRANIT low-viscosity gear grease is a high-quality low-viscosity gear grease with EP additives based on sodium soap, light brown, very soft consistency in accordance with NLGI class 0.
Thanks to its long-fibre sodium soap and very soft consistency, GRANIT low-viscosity gear grease is particularly adhesive and has good corrosion protection properties.
The natural properties are reinforced by wear and corrosion protection additives, and give the grease a high pressure absorption capacity.
GRANIT low-viscosity gear grease is suitable for filling transmission housings for spur gears, bevel gears, worm gears and similar industrial gears.
GRANIT low-viscosity gear grease can also be used for manual transmissions in mopeds and stationary engine-driven units.
In contrast with classic lithium soap greases that displace water, GRANIT low-viscosity gear grease can absorb small quantities of water and forms a homogeneous substance. It also has low oil separation.
When using gear greases the instructions for use should be observed.
