• Assembly notes: The groove nut tool is used to fix or loosen the ball 80 groove nut. The PK80 test cap is used to determine whether ball 80 hold-down devices are suitable for adjustment. It is used to conveniently simulate equipment attachments. The PL-ZWL50 test gauge is used to check the degree of wear on forced steering systems. The PF-WAL test gauge is used to check the degree of wear on Piton-Fix connection systems. The PL-WAL test gauge is used to check the degree of wear on various connecting parts such as ball 80, ZKK80 spherical caps, bolt couplings, shaft bearings and hitch supports. The torch is used to illuminate the inside of spherical caps and guide rails on hitch supports and shaft bearings. The test case contains comprehensive accompanying documentation for a detailed description of the individual tools and their function. This documentation also includes information about the respective wear limits of the connection systems.
