LOCTITE® 270 is a high-strength, high-performance threadlocker for securing and sealing bolts, nuts and studs to prevent loosening caused by vibrations. The product is used for permanent screw connections that should not be loosened again. Suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and galvanised surfaces. Proven tolerance to minor contamination by industrial oils, e.g. engine, corrosion protection and cutting oils. Parts can be disassembled by heating to 300°C.
