• Areas of application: Exclusively as an assembly aid for mounting agricultural tires. As an adhesion promoter between the rim seat and the bead to prevent the tire from twisting on the rim. (Tire migration) Thanks to the special composition, the use of additional assembly agents is not necessary. Chemically neutral towards rubber, steel and aluminum.
• Description: Resin-based bead adhesive for large agricultural tires; Applied to the cleaned rim seat and the tire bead with a brush during assembly; No additional assembly agent such as assembly paste or assembly fluid required; The tire is mounted within a maximum of 30 minutes
• Application: - Before mounting, the rim shoulder and bead should be cleaned. Coat tire bead and rim surface with sufficient ANTI-GLISS-LUBE using a brush - Serves as a liquid lubricant in the initial phase and after drying as an adhesion promoter thanks to resin components - The time between application and completion of fitting should not exceed 30 minutes at 18°C, if the temperature is above or below this, the fitting time will be shorter or longer - Before application, apply to an inconspicuous area to check whether painted metal parts react with the ingredient - After fitting, remove any excess agent or wash off with cleaner - After fitting, close the can tightly and clean the brush - Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• Version: Liquid assembly aid based on linseed oil with resin components. Mixture ready for direct processing. Economical.
• Additional information: Max. 2 years (store in a cool, dry and dark place (+15°C to +25°C) in accordance with DIN 7716). Original packaging or in closed original containers.
