Description: The RAM Torque pipe base consists of two clamp parts and can be attached to pipes from 1.91 cm to 2.54 cm in diameter. The inserts are included and ensure a secure fit and protection on the rail. The nylon insert prevents strong vibrations. The Torque allows mounting on mirror rails as well as vehicle headrests and other round pipes within the specified dimensions.
