Even a Zetor 3011 from the UR1 series needs new parts now and then. Here are more than 40 parts for this model, such as lighting, electrics and engine parts.
An older Zetor 3011 rewards regular attention, and the parts it asks for again and again can be found here. This page holds more than 40 parts that fit the 3011, from GRANIT, MAHLE and LUK. Treat it as a working parts list sorted by the job you are doing.
Wheel brake cylinders for the drum brakes and ball joints for the steering are both available. When you replace a wheel cylinder, bleed the system thoroughly and use the brake fluid it is designed for. Doing both sides at once keeps the tractor pulling straight under braking. A worn ball joint shows up as play at the steering wheel. Have someone rock the wheel while you watch the joint, and any knock will be obvious.
Clutch plates from LUK suit the Zetor 3011. With the clutch apart, inspect the flywheel face and the release bearing as well. Fitting a new plate against a scored flywheel rarely lasts.
For a top end overhaul there is a full head gasket set, separate cylinder head gaskets, intake gaskets and exhaust gaskets, plus a vertical silencer for the exhaust. The radiator cap is worth replacing at the same time. Once its seal hardens it no longer holds pressure, so the coolant boils sooner. A new tractormeter lets you keep an honest record of engine hours after the rebuild.
Starter motors, alternators and a push button starter switch take care of the electrics, and headlights and main headlight inserts deal with lighting. If only the glass or reflector has gone dull, a new insert is often enough and the housing can stay on the tractor. Re-aim the lights afterwards so you do not dazzle oncoming traffic. A slow starter on a tractor of this age is often a corroded earth lead rather than the motor itself.
Check the rating plate to confirm the type, and look for a stamped reference number on the old part. Zetor counts the 3011 among its UR1 family. Other types from that range have their own pages: Zetor 4712, Zetor 4911, Zetor 6211, Zetor 6340, Zetor 7211 and Zetor 7245. The Zetor 5211 and Zetor 7711 are in the same range. Order for each tractor separately rather than assuming a part carries over. The full make is on the Zetor parts page.
