Engine parts, lighting and parts for the brakes and transmission: the Zetor 4911 from the UR1 series is listed here with more than 50 matching items.
Anyone who keeps a Zetor 4911 running in their own shed knows which parts come round again and again: the clutch plate, brake shoes, a radiator hose, a cracked lamp glass. This page holds more than 50 parts for the type from GRANIT, MAHLE and LUK.
With the lights, you do not always need a complete headlight. If only the glass is cracked, a separate lamp glass will do, and if the reflector is rusty or misted up, the headlight insert is the part to replace. On the clutch side, renew the clutch plate and the double clutch pressure plate together, so the new plate does not have to bed in against an unevenly worn pressure face. The silencer hangs on rubbers and brackets that harden with age, so check them when fitting a new one.
Head gaskets often give up after an engine has overheated, so the cooling side deserves attention first. With the engine cold, give each hose a firm squeeze along its length. If they feel soft or crunchy, or show fine cracks near the clamps, replace them. Renew the radiator cap at the same time, since a cap that no longer holds pressure lets coolant boil when the tractor is working hard. If the head gasket does have to go, check the cylinder head face with a steel straight edge for distortion before laying the new gasket.
Brake shoes and wheel brake cylinders are always replaced on both sides of an axle, otherwise the tractor pulls to one side under braking. When a wheel cylinder has been leaking, the shoes on that side are usually soaked in fluid. They will never come clean, so they go in the bin with the old cylinder.
The type plate tells you whether it is a 4911, and the number on the old part settles any doubt. From the same range, the Zetor 4712, Zetor 6211, Zetor 3011, Zetor 7245, Zetor 6340 and Zetor 7211 each have their own page with their own parts, useful if more than one Zetor works on the farm. The 5211 and the 7711 belong to this family too. Got a different Zetor in the yard? Start at Zetor parts.
