For the Zetor 5211 from the UR1 series you will find more than 90 parts that fit on one page, covering electrics, brakes and transmission, and the engine.
The Zetor 5211 is a tractor made to be kept going in the farm workshop. There is little electronics to worry about, and with the right parts on the bench most repairs are straightforward. This page holds more than 90 Zetor 5211 parts, made by GRANIT, Walterscheid, MAHLE, LUK and ROCKINGER among others.
For the engine there are cylinder head gaskets, sump gaskets, an exhaust gasket and a starter motor. The cooling side is covered with radiator hoses and radiator caps. That cap matters more than it looks. Once its seal hardens, the system no longer holds pressure and the coolant boils sooner. Squeeze the hoses when the engine is cold, too. A hose that feels soft or cracks at the clamp should be replaced before it splits on a hot day. And never open the cap on a warm engine.
Loader work and heavy trailers are hard on the clutch. You will find single clutch plates as well as double clutch assemblies that renew both the driving clutch and the PTO clutch in one job. Before ordering, count the splines on the old hub and compare the diameter, so the tractor does not sit split on the floor waiting for the right plate.
The drum brakes are served by wheel brake cylinders. If one leaks, replace the pair and bleed carefully afterwards, starting at the wheel furthest from the master cylinder. Brake fluid absorbs water, so renew it while you are at it.
Steering play usually comes from worn ball joints. Have someone rock the wheel with the engine off while you watch the joints. Around the cab there are window rubbers, gas struts, mirrors and lamp glasses, and for towing a top drawbar.
Zetor placed the 5211 in its UR1 series. Note the Typ number and serial number from the type plate, and if the old part is already off, look for the reference number stamped or cast into it. With gaskets and hoses, simply laying the old piece next to the new one before fitting is a good final check.
These tractors from the same series have their own pages, each showing only its own parts:
The 4911 and 7711 also belong to this series. For all other models, see Zetor parts.
