Owners of a Zetor 7211 from the UR1 series will find more than 100 parts here, led by trailer couplings, electrics and parts for the brakes and transmission.
The 7211 belongs to Zetor's UR1 range, tractors that plenty of farmers and contractors still use every day for the heavier jobs around the farm. For this model we carry more than 100 parts from GRANIT, ROCKINGER, Walterscheid, MAHLE and LUK.
For the cooling side there are radiator hoses, such as the bottom hose, and radiator caps. A cap looks like a minor item, but once the rubber seal inside has gone hard the system no longer holds pressure and the coolant boils sooner. Only open the cap once the engine has cooled down.
If the head gasket needs doing, there are gaskets for the cylinder head and the exhaust. Clean both faces thoroughly without scoring them, check the head for flatness and tighten the head bolts in the sequence and stages given in the workshop manual.
The 7211 has a dual clutch for drive and PTO. For that there are double clutch pressure plates and clutch plates, including LUK. If the PTO keeps turning with the pedal fully down, adjustment or the pressure plate is often the cause.
The steering side has ball joints, and for the engine and electrics there is a starter motor.
At the rear you will find automatic drawbars, flange hitches and a top drawbar. For the cab there are mirrors, gas struts, window rubbers and lamp glasses. A window rubber goes in far more easily with a little soapy water, which helps it slide into the frame.
A starter on an older Zetor has a hard time in winter. Before replacing it, it pays to check the battery cables. A cable corroding inside can look perfectly fine from the outside yet pass too little current. Feel the cable lugs after a few attempts to start. If they are warm, that is where the resistance lies. If you do fit a new starter, clean the mounting faces back to bare metal so the earth makes good contact.
Having the type plate to hand speeds things up. Check it for the model and chassis number. If you still have the old part, the reference number is often cast or stamped into it, so you can compare it with this page in seconds.
