Parts for the Zetor 7711 in one place: more than 100 items, from brakes and transmission to electrics and trailer couplings for this UR1 series tractor.
When the clutch on your 7711 slips under load or the PTO no longer engages cleanly, it is time to split the tractor. For that job and the maintenance around it, this page offers more than 100 Zetor 7711 parts for this member of the UR1 range, from GRANIT, ROCKINGER, Walterscheid, MAHLE and LUK.
There are clutch plates and double clutch assemblies, so you can deal with both the drive clutch and the PTO clutch in one go. With the tractor apart anyway, replace everything that wears. Splitting twice costs far more time than doing it properly once.
A workshop tip: with the clutch open, take a good look at the flywheel. Blue spots, hairline cracks or a grooved friction face will shorten the life of a new plate considerably. Also count the splines on the old hub and compare them with the new plate before fitting, so you do not get stuck halfway.
For the engine there are cylinder head gaskets, exhaust gaskets and starter motors. On the cooling side, radiator hoses and a radiator cap fit. The cap looks like a minor item, but a tired spring inside it makes the system boil over sooner. Only open it once the engine has cooled down.
With a new cylinder head gasket, tighten the head bolts in the specified order and in stages, working from the centre outwards. Check that the head is flat before fitting, because a warped head will crush a new gasket as well. If the operator manual says the bolts need retightening after warm-up, follow it.
Play in the steering often comes from worn ball joints, which are here too. For the rear there are automatic drawbars, flange hitches and top drawbars. Around the cab you can fit mirrors, lamp glasses, window rubbers and gas struts.
The type plate on the 7711 shows the type and serial number. For clutch parts and gaskets, the number on the old part is often the quickest route. If in doubt, mention the UR1 range when you ask, so it is clear straight away which family of tractors you mean.
If you keep more Zetors, other UR1 types each have a page of their own: Zetor 3011, Zetor 4712, Zetor 6211, Zetor 6340, Zetor 7211 and Zetor 7245. Order for each tractor on its own page. Older and newer Zetor tractors beyond this range can be found through Zetor parts.
