All of our Lindner Geotrac 50 parts are gathered here. Pick from more than 60 items, including trailer couplings, brake and transmission parts and electrics.
Yard work, grassland, hauling the muck spreader: a Geotrac 50 often does a bit of everything, and that mixed work is hard on the rear hitch and the driver's seat. This page brings together more than 60 parts that fit this Lindner, made by Scharmüller, Walterscheid, ROCKINGER, GRAMMER and GRANIT.
If you tow on a ball hitch a lot, keep a thin film of grease on the ball and keep the socket on the trailer drawbar clean. A dry ball wears unevenly and starts to knock after a while. A separate ball is available too, so you do not need to replace the whole coupling.
For routine servicing there is a fuel filter and an engine oil filter, plus a starter motor, an alternator and a clutch plate for the main clutch. After changing the fuel filter, the system needs bleeding. Fill the new filter with clean diesel where possible, then work the hand primer until no more bubbles appear at the bleed screw. That way the starter does not have to crank for long before the engine fires, which also spares the battery.
Replacing the clutch plate means splitting the tractor, which is a job nobody wants to do twice. While it is apart, check the pressure plate and flywheel for scoring or blue spots, and renew the release bearing if it feels rough. Change the engine oil filter at every oil change, smear a thin film of clean oil on the rubber ring of the new filter and tighten it by hand only. If the charge light flickers, do not blame the alternator first. A slipping belt or a loose plug at the regulator is often the real cause.
There are complete air suspended tractor seats as well as separate seat parts, such as a GRAMMER Maximo Professional. If only the cover is worn through, a new cushion is often enough and the suspension base can stay in place.
Check the type plate to confirm it really is a Geotrac 50. For the alternator and starter, take the number off the old unit and compare it with the product details. For hitch parts, measure the rail width and the locking pin size on the tractor itself. For filters, compare the outside size and thread with the one you remove.
