Looking for parts for your Fendt Farmer 310 (Typ 192) tractor? In this category, you'll find everything you need for the maintenance and repair of your vehicle.
The Fendt Farmer 310 with type number 192 is the predecessor of the later Farmer 310 (Typ 310) and was produced from 1984 to 1993. The model is also known as the Farmer 310 LS/LSA, where the LS version (two-wheel drive) was discontinued in 1988 after just 109 units. The LSA version with four-wheel drive ran from 1984 to 1993, with just over 3,400 units built in total. The Typ 192 sits in the Farmer 300 series, between the Farmer 309 LSA and the six-cylinder Farmer 311 LSA.
During the production run the tractor received a motor upgrade. Up to 1990 it came with an MWM TD 226-4.2 producing 92 hp (68.6 kW), after which it was replaced by the TD 226 B-4 with 100 hp (74 kW). The technical type designations reflect that development: T 192.210 (1984-1990, 2,550 units), T 192.220 (1990-1991, 400 units) and T 192.221/T 192.222 (1991-1993, 476 and 48 units).
In both variants the MWM engine is a liquid-cooled four-stroke four-cylinder turbocharged diesel with direct injection, pressure-lubricated oil circuit and thermostatic dual-circuit cooling. A Voith hydraulic fluid coupling (type 390 TD, later 390 TD-F4) sits between the engine and the main clutch.
The Farmer 310 Typ 192 uses a fully synchronized Fendt reversing transmission with overdrive and electro-hydraulic pre-selector. It consists of a reversing gearbox with three forward and three reverse gears, a fine-step gearbox with triple splitting across the FL, FM and FS ranges, and a group gearbox. On top of that there are three separate overdrive quick-change ranges (25, 30 and 40 km/h). In total 21 gears are available in both directions. The lowest gear gives 1.30 km/h. The 40 km/h version was not standard in all markets.
The rear axle uses a bevel gear setup in portal design with a multi-disc differential lock. The front axle on the LSA version was initially a power-shift ZF APL-345 with a lateral driveshaft and Locomatik, with a steering angle of 39 degrees. From 1990 this was replaced by the ZF APL 700 F4 with an electro-hydraulic four-wheel drive system and differential lock. The LS version had a Fendt pendulum front axle with a steering angle of 47 degrees. Brakes are hydraulic disc brakes.
Wheelbase is 239 cm (94.1 in), overall length 414 cm (163 in) and height 272 cm (107.1 in). Unladen weight varies by version: the two-wheel drive model weighs 4,115 kg (9,073 lbs) and the four-wheel drive version 4,225 to 4,450 kg depending on specification. Ground clearance is 470 mm.
Standard tyres on the LSA are 14.9 R24 front and 16.9 R38 rear. The LS version came with 11.00-16 front tyres. Narrower tyre combinations for tramline systems were also available.
