Looking for parts for your Fendt Farmer 311 (Typ 311) tractor? In this category, you'll find everything you need for the maintenance and repair of your vehicle.
The Fendt Farmer 311 (Typ 311) was produced from 1993 to 2000 and is the successor to the Farmer 311 LSA. Compared to its predecessor, this version brought significant improvements, particularly in terms of transmission and hydraulics. The tractor is exclusively available with four-wheel drive and comes with a fully enclosed cab including air conditioning as standard. Unlike the 311 LSA, which used a naturally aspirated engine, the Typ 311 featured a further developed MWM D226.B6 with higher injection pressure, which also resulted in fuel consumption around 3% lower than the previous generation.
The Fendt Farmer 311 (Typ 311) is fitted with an MWM D226.B6 six-cylinder inline naturally aspirated engine with no turbocharger. It is a water-cooled four-stroke engine with direct injection, overhead valves, wet cylinder liners, pressure-fed lubrication and thermostatically controlled dual-circuit cooling. Displacement is 6,200 cc with a bore of 105 mm and a stroke of 120 mm. Power output is 115 hp (85.8 kW) at a rated speed of 2,300 rpm, with a maximum torque of 456 Nm at 1,500 rpm. The fuel tank holds 160 litres. The battery runs on 12V with a capacity of 135 Ah, and the alternator delivers 95A.
Top speed is 40 km/h. The gearbox is a fully synchronised Fendt overdrive reversing transmission with 21 forward and 21 reverse gears, with three electro-hydraulically selectable split ranges per gear. The electro-hydraulic differential lock acts on both the front and rear axles.
Standard tyres are 480/70R24 front and 520/70R38 rear.
The hydraulic system operates at a maximum system pressure of 200 bar with a flow rate of 74.9 litres per minute. The rear linkage is category II with a maximum lift capacity of 5,140 kg. Two rear control valves are fitted as standard, optionally expandable to four. Steering is via a ZF pendulum front axle with electro-hydraulic differential lock through the Locomatik system.
The rear PTO is independently engageable via an electro-hydraulic clutch and offers three selectable speeds: 540, 750 and 1,000 rpm. An optional front PTO at 1,000 rpm was also available.
The service brakes are hydraulically operated disc brakes. The parking brake is a mechanical internal shoe brake. An optional single or dual-circuit compressed air braking system for trailers was available. The electrical system runs on 12V alternating current.
