Looking for parts for your Fendt Favorit 3 tractor? In this category, you'll find everything you need for the maintenance and repair of your vehicle.
The Fendt Favorit 3 was produced from 1964 to 1967 at Fendt's factory in Marktoberdorf, Germany. It replaced the Favorit 2 and was itself followed by the Favorit 3S, which ran from 1967 to 1970. Both a 2WD and 4WD version were available. Next to the Favorit 4, which was developed in the same period, the Favorit 3 is a noticeably smaller machine with a four-cylinder engine rather than a six.
The Favorit 3 is compact by the standards of the Favorit lineup. At 367 cm long, 180 cm wide and with a wheelbase of just 226 cm, it is considerably shorter than the Favorit 4 at 435 cm. Kerb weight comes in at 2,600 kg, compared to 3,685 kg for the 2WD Favorit 4. Standard front tyres are 6.50-20, rear tyres 11-38. Height to the steering wheel is 175 cm.
Power comes from a MWM KD210.5V, a naturally aspirated four-cylinder diesel with liquid cooling and direct injection. Output is 52 hp (38.8 kW) at a rated speed of 2,300 rpm. Electric start on 12 volts. The fuel tank holds 60.2 litres, roughly half the capacity of the larger Favorit 4. The rear PTO runs at 540 rpm only; unlike the Favorit 4 there is no dual 540/1,000 rpm option. The three-point rear hitch is Category I with mechanical regulation.
The gearbox offers 16 forward gears and 4 reverse gears, known for being solid and easy to shift. Steering is manual, brakes are mechanical drum brakes. The Favorit 3 has an open platform with no standard cab.
