The Renault Ceres 95 is covered by more than 150 parts in our range. Browse trailer couplings, electrics and steering and front axle parts, among others.
If a Ceres 95 slips when pulling away or the clutch no longer disengages cleanly, it is time to split the tractor. So the clutch comes first here. It holds more than 150 Renault Ceres 95 parts, from GRANIT and from makers such as LUK, Walterscheid, MAHLE and Elring.
For the clutch there are pressure plates for a double clutch, separate clutch plates and complete double plate clutch kits, including LUK parts. Some of those kits come without a release bearing. With the tractor split anyway, inspect the release bearing and the guide sleeve it slides on. A bearing that hums or feels rough will otherwise have you pulling it apart again before long. Use an alignment tool during assembly so the plates line up exactly and the input shaft slides into the hub without force.
If the cylinder head has to come off, you can choose between a single head gasket and a complete head gasket set, for example from Elring. There are also injection nozzles, feed pump O-rings, sealing rings and individual gaskets. Radiator hoses, such as the hose to the oil cooler, should be replaced when the rubber crackles under your fingers or feels soft and swollen. An alternator keeps the battery charged.
Steering play is dealt with by fitting new track rod ball joints. After setting the toe, tighten the lock nut properly and fit a fresh split pin where one is used. For the hydraulics there are seals, and at the rear a Walterscheid flange hitch fits this tractor.
Dirty injection nozzles often show themselves through black smoke and a rough idle. Replace nozzles as a set where you can, and fit a new sealing ring under every holder. An old ring that has already been crushed once will not seal properly again and lets compression escape.
The type plate tells you exactly which model you have. After that, find the number on the worn part and check it against the reference number of the product. With clutch plates, also count the splines in the hub, because plates with the same outer size can have a different hub.
From the same Ceres line, the Renault Ceres 85 has its own page of matching parts. The rest of the Renault tractor line-up is gathered under Renault parts.
