For the bottom end there are connecting rod bearings and main bearings. Injection nozzles cover the fuel side, and there is a stop cable for shutting the engine down. The cooling system gets radiator hoses, such as the top hose at the thermostat, and V-belts for engine cooling.
Before you order bearings, measure the crankshaft journals with a micrometer. If the crank has been reground at some point, you need undersize shells, and a standard bearing will not do. The back of the old shells is often stamped with the size. After fitting, check the running clearance with Plastigage and oil the shells generously during assembly.
When you fit an injection nozzle, always use a new copper sealing washer under it. The old washer has been crushed and will not seal properly, so combustion gas blows past and the nozzle seizes in the head, which turns the next removal into a long job.
For hitching there are drawbars with a ball, top drawbars and flange hitches. In the cab, an air suspended GRAMMER tractor seat can replace the old one, which makes a real difference on an older tractor with stiff suspension.
