A blue spot on the floor ahead of the truck, a beacon on the roof, window rubber that seals the cab again. For the electric Still RX60, this page has more than 30 parts for jobs like these, from GRANIT, GRAMMER, HELLA, Carraro and BOSCH.
The RX60 can take a Blue Spot LED warning lamp. It projects a blue patch onto the floor so people on foot notice the truck before it rounds the end of a racking aisle. Aim it so the spot lands a few metres ahead, in the direction of travel where visibility is poorest. There are also beacons, including an orange LED rotating beacon on a push-on pin, an LED rear light, work lamps and halogen bulbs.
With window rubber, the clamping range is what matters. Measure the thickness of the edge the rubber has to grip, glass and frame together, and pick a profile whose clamping range suits it. Too tight and it splits as you fit it, too loose and the glass keeps rattling.
When a blade fuse blows, always replace it with one of the same rating. If the new one goes too, there is a short somewhere, and a heavier fuse will only let the wiring overheat.
Ignition locks wear without much warning. If the key sticks or has to be held in a certain position before the truck responds, replace the lock before it leaves you stranded mid-shift. The rubber cap protects a switch or connection from dust and moisture. A torn cap lets water reach the contacts, and you only notice when something stops working. Before removing the start switch, take a photo of the plugs so every wire goes back where it belongs.
For the RX60 driving position there are seat cushions and back cushions, for example a fabric seat cushion for MSG 65 to MSG 93 seats, as well as a complete forklift seat and lap belts with a Duo-Sensitiv retractor.
Start with the data plate to confirm the truck is an RX60. For cushions and belts, the seat type on the label under the seat is the reference. For lamps, fuses and the ignition lock, copy the number or marking from the old part. Other Still trucks with their own page are under Still parts.
