A selection of more than 300 parts for the Fendt 311 Vario with Typ 348, led by seats and accessories, lighting and electrics, all matched to this version.
After a long day in the field you feel every tired spring in the seat and every mirror that will not stop shaking. So this page starts in the cab. For the Fendt 311 Vario with Typ 348 there are air suspended tractor seats, including GRAMMER models, and separate handles for adjusting the suspension or the damper. You will also find mirrors, rubber floor mats, push button switches such as the hazard light switch, and grab handles for getting in and out.
Outside the cab there are pressure switches, for instance for the fuel filter head, temperature sensors, seals, tank caps, pins, bushes, discs, springs and connector heads with covers for the trailer brake line. In all, more than 300 parts from brands such as GRANIT, GRAMMER, Wabco, HELLA and Sauermann.
A mirror that shakes on the road is more than a nuisance, because you lose sight of what is behind the trailer. Often the clamp on the mirror rod has worked loose or the joint in the head has worn. Tighten the clamp first, and replace the mirror if the glass is cracked or the head no longer holds its angle.
If the seat slowly drops, or the compressor keeps cutting in, there is almost always an air leak somewhere. Before you start thinking about a new seat, check the hoses and fittings under the cushion. Spray a little soapy water on them with the compressor running and watch for bubbles. More often than not it is a split hose or a fitting that has shaken loose, and a small part puts it right. Keep the seat runners clean too, because sand and straw make the slide stiff and put extra load on the suspension. If the air bag itself has perished or the frame is worn, a complete seat is usually the sensible answer.
