Your diesel Jungheinrich DFG 425 deserves parts that actually fit. Here are more than 40 of them, including seats and accessories, lighting and engine parts.
A diesel forklift such as the Jungheinrich DFG 425 comes in for regular servicing, and the job goes smoother when every part is on the bench before you start. This page lists more than 40 parts for this truck, from an engine oil filter to seat cushions, lap belts and lighting. They are supplied by GRAMMER, HELLA, GRANIT, SACEX and Perkins.
Every oil change needs a fresh engine oil filter. A few habits make the difference between a dry filter and a puddle under the truck:
After the engine, turn to the driving position. For the DFG 425 there are seat cushions and back cushions, among them a fabric seat cushion for upper part 721 made for Jungheinrich. You will also find tilt adjustable armrests, an adjustable back extension and lap belts with a Duo-Sensitiv retractor. One of those belts names the Jungheinrich CD, CL and DFG ranges directly. Gas struts and shock absorbers keep the seat suspension and hood working smoothly.
A service is also the right moment to walk round the lights. The DFG 425 parts include an orange LED rotating beacon, a work lamp, a halogen bulb, a warning bulb, a round reflector and a changeover relay. Worn dashboard symbols, like the red hazard light symbol, can be replaced with new ones.
A beacon on a push-on pin goes on quickly, but vibration loosens it over time. Retighten the clamp screw on the holder at each service and check that the cable is not chafing where it enters the cab. A flickering warning bulb usually points to a poor contact rather than a dead bulb.
The data plate confirms the model. For the oil filter, the reference number on the old filter is what to go by. For seat parts it is the seat type and upper part shown on the label under the seat. If you look after more trucks from this maker, their own pages are under Jungheinrich parts.
