Does your Jungheinrich TFG 50 need a new lamp or another part? Have a look at the more than 20 items for this LPG forklift, lighting included.
The TFG 50 is an LPG forklift that often runs long shifts, and the person in the seat is usually the first to notice a flattened cushion or a lap belt that no longer retracts properly. This page brings together more than 20 new replacement parts that fit this Jungheinrich, made by GRANIT and by brands such as GRAMMER, HELLA, FEBI and FLEETGUARD.
Much of what is here belongs to the operator seat. There are seat cushions and back cushions in black fabric or black PVC, plus complete GRAMMER forklift seats with mechanical suspension. If only the upholstery is worn and the suspension still works, a new cushion is the quickest fix. If the seat bottoms out on every bump, replacing the whole seat makes more sense.
There is also a lap belt with a retractor and buckle. After fitting it, give the belt a few sharp pulls. If it fails to lock, or winds back slowly, the retractor is mounted at an angle or has been damaged. A shock absorber for this type is listed as well.
For the engine you will find engine oil filters and an air filter with its matching inner filter. Wipe a thin film of clean oil on the rubber seal of a new oil filter and tighten it by hand. The inner element normally stays in place during an air filter change, and it should never be blown out with compressed air, because that damages the very media that protects the engine.
On the electrical side there is a halogen bulb for head or work lights, a changeover relay, a pressure switch, a wiper blade and a red reflector. For the dash there is a hazard light symbol, together with a cover and a mounting strip to close off unused switch openings neatly. When you change a halogen bulb, keep your fingers off the glass, since skin oil shortens its life noticeably.
Start at the data plate of your forklift. It shows the type and serial number, which confirms you really have a TFG 50 in front of you. For a filter, bulb or relay, take the number printed on the part you removed and compare it with the product description. With air filters this is often a code like AF25557, which you can match to the correct filter on this page.
If your fleet includes other Jungheinrich machines, the overview of Jungheinrich parts lists every type from this manufacturer, each with its own page.
