Need the lighting on your Jungheinrich TFG 20 working properly again? Here are more than 20 parts that fit this LPG forklift, all gathered on a single page.
On a compact LPG forklift like the TFG 20, servicing comes down to filters, the seat and a handful of electrical items that are better kept on the shelf than waited for. Here you will find more than 20 new replacement parts that fit this type, from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, MANN-FILTER and Perkins.
For the TFG 20 there are fuel filters with two straight connections, engine oil filters and an outer air filter. With an inline fuel filter, watch the arrow on the housing. It points in the direction of flow, towards the engine. A filter fitted the wrong way round makes the engine run poorly, and the reason is not obvious at first.
Do not knock an outer air filter against a wheel or the forks to get another few weeks out of it. The paper develops fine cracks, and whatever gets through goes straight into the engine. Replace it at every service, or sooner in a dusty building.
For the operator position there are seat cushions and a back cushion in black PVC, as well as complete GRAMMER forklift seats. PVC wipes clean easily, which helps when the truck also works outdoors or in damp areas. There is also a lap belt with retractor and buckle. If the webbing is frayed or the buckle no longer clicks home audibly, replace it straight away.
The list continues with a wiper blade, a changeover relay, a red reflector, a front indicator and a pressure switch. On the dash, a symbol replaces the hazard light button, while a cover and a mounting strip close off empty openings. If an indicator flashes too fast after a bulb change, check that the wattage of the new bulb matches the old one. An indicator that stays lit without flashing points more often to the relay or a poor earth than to the bulb.
The data plate confirms that you really have a TFG 20, along with the serial number. Filters nearly always carry a printed number that you can compare with the description of the new one. That is quicker than measuring, and you can see at once if the connections match. With a seat, look at the base and mounting points, since a new seat has to sit on the same rails as the old one.
Through Jungheinrich parts you reach the remaining types from this make, useful when the same warehouse runs more Jungheinrich trucks.
