Seats, lighting and engine parts form the core of the more than 40 parts for the Jungheinrich TFG 316. Everything on this page fits this LPG forklift.
The Jungheinrich TFG 316 is an LPG forklift, and anyone who spends a full shift on it notices wear in the seat before anything else. So this page starts at the operator position. In total there are more than 40 new parts here for the TFG 316, from GRAMMER, HELLA, GRANIT, SACEX and MAHLE.
Check the lap belt at every daily inspection. Pull the webbing out of the retractor with a sharp tug, and it should lock immediately. Fasten the buckle and pull on it, and look for fraying or cuts in the webbing. If the retractor does not lock, replace the belt before the truck goes back into the warehouse.
Running on LPG does not mean the engine needs no care. There are engine oil filters and an air filter for routine servicing, hose clamps for coolant and air hoses, and alternators to keep the battery charged. A changeover relay replaces one that no longer switches.
An LED rotating beacon, halogen bulbs and a round reflector make the TFG 316 visible to colleagues on foot. Switch symbols such as the hazard light symbol can be replaced individually when the old one has worn.
The type plate shows the type and serial number, confirming you have a TFG 316. For seat parts, the seat type on the seat label is the starting point, because cushions, armrests and back extensions are made for a particular seat type. For filters and the alternator, use the number on the old part and compare that reference number with the details listed with the product.
Even with an LPG engine, the engine oil filter is changed at every oil change. Hand tight is enough when fitting it, and a filter wrench is only needed to loosen the old one. Hoses for coolant and air run around the engine, so fit new clamps whenever you fit a new hose, because an old clamp has taken the shape of the old hose.
Armrests take a lot of punishment because drivers lean on them getting on and off. A loose or torn armrest can be replaced on its own without touching the rest of the seat.
Other types from this maker are on the Jungheinrich parts page, where every Jungheinrich type has its own page, useful when other trucks run alongside the TFG 316.
