With more than 40 items, this page has the LPG Jungheinrich TFG 425 well covered. Choose from seats and accessories, lighting and electrics for this model.
Safe work in a warehouse comes down to two things: the truck is seen and the driver is belted in. For the Jungheinrich TFG 425, an LPG forklift, this page offers more than 40 parts that support exactly that, from lap belts and a rotating beacon to seat cushions and armrests. The makers are GRAMMER, HELLA, GRANIT and SACEX.
The lap belts for the TFG 425 use a Duo-Sensitiv retractor, which locks both when the webbing is pulled sharply and when the truck itself moves suddenly. Test it now and then by jerking the belt out quickly, it should lock straight away. If the webbing is frayed, the belt hangs when retracting or the buckle no longer latches firmly, replace it without delay.
The orange LED rotating beacon mounts on a push-on pin. When fitting it, make sure the pin is seated firmly in its holder and cannot turn, because a beacon that rattles over every floor joint fails sooner. There is also a work lamp, a halogen bulb, a warning bulb, a round reflector and a changeover relay.
The round reflector and the warning bulb are small items, yet they keep the TFG 425 visible when the lights are off or the aisles are busy. A reflector with a cracked or weathered face returns very little light and takes two screws to replace. Aim the work lamp so it lights the area around the forks without dazzling colleagues or oncoming drivers, then check that the bracket is tight so the setting does not drift. If a relay fails, a whole group of lights can go dark, so a spare relay in the cab saves a lot of searching.
An air filter for the engine and switch symbols, among them the red hazard symbol, round off the selection.
The data plate confirms whether the truck is a TFG 425. For belts, armrests and cushions the seat type is what decides the fit. Armrests and back extensions are intended for seats in the MSG family, and the label under the seat tells you which one your truck carries. For the air filter and bulbs, copy the number from the old item. Other Jungheinrich trucks with their own page are listed under Jungheinrich parts, handy when the TFG 425 shares the warehouse with other models.
