More than 500 parts for the Fendt 927 Vario make this page a solid starting point for any repair. Choose from lighting, electrics and engine parts.
The 927 Vario was made in more than one version. Next to the model name, the type plate carries a Typ number, and that number decides which parts actually fit. This page shows more than 500 parts for the 927 Vario as a whole. If you know your Typ number, go straight to the page for your version:
Each of those shows only what fits that particular Typ number, which saves time and wrong orders.
For the engine there are seals, sealing rings for the injection nozzles, O-rings for the nozzle sleeves, alternators and temperature sensors. One firm rule for injector work: never reuse the sealing ring under an injector. Even if the old one looks fine, it has been crushed and will not seal properly again. A leaking ring lets combustion gas blow past the injector, which shows up later as carbon build-up around the nozzle and an engine that starts poorly.
In the cab there are tractor seats such as the air suspended Maximo Professional, gas struts for the roof window, push button switches and sensors. For lighting there are LED work lamps and beacons with matching brackets. Actuating cylinders are available for this model as well.
A tip for a new air suspended seat: once it is fitted, set it to the weight of the driver. A seat set for too light a driver bottoms out on every pothole, which wears the suspension quickly and makes for an uncomfortable day. Set the height so the suspension works in the middle of its travel.
At the rear there are automatic drawbars, and for trailers with air brakes there are connector heads. The parts come from GRANIT, HELLA, Scharmüller, Wabco and DANA Spicer.
Besides the Typ number on the type plate, the reference number on the old part is your best guide. On an alternator it is on the alternator's own plate, on an actuating cylinder often on the housing. If in doubt, lay old and new side by side before fitting.
Other models from the Fendt 900 line have their own pages: the Fendt 924 Vario, Fendt 930 Vario, Fendt 933 Vario, Fendt 936 Vario, Fendt 939 Vario and Fendt 942 Vario. Note that the Fendt 942 Vario is a different model from the 927 Vario with Typ 942. One more member of the line, the Fendt 922 Vario, is not linked here. Every other tractor of the make is under Fendt parts.
