Here you will find more than 200 parts for the Fiat 100-90 from the 90 series. Lighting, electrics and trailer couplings lead the range for this model.
When the lift cylinder on a Fiat 100-90 starts leaking past the piston, a heavy implement slowly sinks during road travel. Lift cylinder seals are on this page, together with more than 200 other new replacement parts for the tractor, from GRANIT, Cobo, Walterscheid, PROBOSS and Bosch/Rexroth.
For the hydraulic lift there are piston sealing rings, seals for the outer lift cylinder, bushes for the lift arm shaft and the upper part of the lift strut. When renewing the piston seal, inspect the cylinder bore. Scores or rust pitting will ruin a new seal quickly. Fit the new rings with clean oil and keep sharp tools away from them.
At the front you will find ball joints, and for the brakes there are brake cylinder O-rings. A thrust bearing for the driving clutch and yokes for the driveline are also listed.
One tip on the secondary air filter: never blow it out with compressed air, always replace it. It is the last line of defence for the engine if the main filter fails. Each time you change the main element, check the engine side of the secondary filter for dust. Thermostats, O-rings and gaskets for the rear engine cover complete the engine parts.
Ball joints are easiest to check with the front wheels on the ground. Have someone rock the steering wheel back and forth while you hold the joint and feel for a knock. Replace a torn dust boot at the same time, because water and grit wear a joint out quickly. A thrust bearing that whines when the clutch pedal is pressed is worth the split before it breaks up. Press lift arm shaft bushes in with a proper driver so they go in square.
For the driver there is an air suspended fabric tractor seat, plus rocker switches, lamp glasses and holders.
Check the type plate to confirm you are working on a 100-90. Where a reference number is still legible on the old part, hold it against the number on the item. For lift seals the removed part is usually the safest comparison, especially if the cylinder has been worked on before.
