Seat worn out or a lamp gone? For the electric Jungheinrich EFG 213 this page lists more than 30 matching parts, with electrical parts included as well.
An electric forklift lives or dies by its battery, and the Jungheinrich EFG 213 is no exception. That is why the more than 30 parts on this page include a coupling and a plug for the Aquamatik battery watering system, next to parts for the seat, lap belt and lighting. They come from GRAMMER, FRÖTEK, HELLA, GRANIT and Philips.
Aquamatik lets you top up every cell of the traction battery through one hose. The coupling and the valved plug are where the water supply connects. When a coupling starts to drip or no longer clicks home, some cells end up short of water. Top up after charging, never before. The electrolyte level rises during charging, and a battery filled to the brim beforehand will overflow.
For the operator there are lap belts, one of them a Duo-Sensitiv belt that Jungheinrich also fits to CD, CL and DFG trucks. The seat parts cover a black fabric cushion for upper part 721, a back cushion, a right hand armrest that tilts and an adjustable back extension for GRAMMER seats from MSG 65 to MSG 97. Shock absorbers take care of the seat suspension.
When you fit a halogen bulb, keep your fingers off the glass. Skin oil bakes onto the bulb when it heats up and shortens its life noticeably. Handle the new bulb by its metal base, or through a clean rag.
The data plate confirms you are working on an EFG 213. For the Aquamatik parts, check the hose connection and the colour of the coupling already on the battery. For seat parts, read the MSG model on the seat label. For switches and bulbs, the number on the old item is your best guide, so compare it with the reference number given for the product.
A torn seat cushion is more than a cosmetic problem. Moisture gets into the foam through the split, and an operator who is not sitting firmly slides around under braking and cornering. A new cushion goes on quickly and makes a real difference to how a long shift feels by the end.
Electric, diesel and LPG trucks from the same maker each have their own page under Jungheinrich parts.
