More than 350 replacement parts fit the Fendt 828 Vario from the 800 series. The range on this page includes lighting, electrics and trailer couplings.
The Fendt 828 Vario comes in more than one version, so the first thing to check is the type plate. Behind the word Typ you will find a number, and each Typ number has its own page with the parts that belong to that version:
This page brings together more than 350 parts that fit the 828 Vario across both versions. If you know your Typ number, the version page gets you there faster. If the plate has worn away, use the reference number on the old part instead. Alternators, sensors and switches nearly always have it on the housing.
Long days in an 828 soon show up a tired seat. There are air suspended tractor seats from GRAMMER such as the Maximo Professional. For lighting there are LED work lights from HELLA, rotating beacons with their brackets, and the spring that holds a beacon securely in its holder. The air conditioning is covered by a temperature sensor.
Further back you will find alternators, hydraulic pumps and Wabco connector heads for the trailer brakes, plus push button switches, discs, covers, tank caps and a long list of seals and gaskets.
A word on alternators. When the dash shows a charging fault, measure the charging voltage with the engine running and check the belt tension and the earth cable first. A slipping belt or a corroded terminal produces exactly the same symptom as a failed alternator and takes minutes to put right. If the voltage is still low after those checks, replacement is the sensible next step.
With an air suspended seat, track down the fault before ordering. A seat that slowly sinks usually points to a leaking air spring or a split hose to the small compressor under the cushion. One that bottoms out hard or rattles has a worn damper. Individual parts can keep a good seat going for years, but once the frame itself is worn, a complete Maximo Professional is the kinder choice for your back.
These tractors from the same range have their own pages too, which is useful with a mixed fleet where you want to see per tractor what fits:
