From lighting and electrics to brake and transmission parts, the Fiat 60-88 from the 88 series is covered here with more than 200 matching items.
The 60-88 from Fiat's 88 series is still a common sight on mixed farms and in collectors' sheds. For this model we carry more than 200 replacement parts from GRANIT, Cobo, LUK, Bosch/Rexroth and Eaton.
For the hydraulics there are hydraulic pumps and seals, such as the lift shaft seal. A practical point with the pump: check the rotation and the shaft type of the pump you take off. A pump with the wrong rotation or a different taper may bolt to the flange but will not deliver oil. Prime the new pump with clean oil through the port before starting, so it does not run dry.
On the engine side you will find thermostats with matching O-rings, gaskets such as the rear engine cover gasket, and an exhaust tube. Always renew the O-ring with a new thermostat. An old ring that has sat in coolant for years is usually distorted and tends to leak the first time the engine warms up.
For the clutch there are clutch kits and thrust bearings, including a release bearing for the main clutch. On the steering side there are ball joints.
The electrics cover alternators, rocker switches, indicator and position lights and lamp glasses. If only the lens of an indicator is broken, just the glass needs replacing. There are also holders and an air suspended tractor seat.
An exhaust tube on an older tractor often rusts from the inside, from condensation that never burns off on short runs. If you see rust holes along the seams, replace the tube before it snaps and secure it with new clamps. Ball joints can be replaced one at a time, but the toe-in has to be reset afterwards. Measure the length of the old track rod before you undo it and you will be close to the right setting straight after fitting.
The 88 series includes several models with different numbers, so check the type plate to confirm your tractor really is a 60-88 and note the chassis number. If the old part is still in the workshop, look for a stamped number. On hydraulic pumps and alternators it often sits on a tag on the housing.
From the same series, the Fiat 70-88 has its own page. The Fiat 65-88 belongs to this range too. Every other Fiat tractor is listed by model under Fiat parts.
