As part of the Winner F100 series, the Fiat F 115 is covered here with more than 200 parts. The main groups are trailer couplings, lighting and electrics.
A hard-working Fiat F 115 rarely gives up all at once. The rear window drops shut, the air conditioning blows warm, or the engine takes ages to reach temperature. This page brings together more than 200 parts that fit the F 115, including gas struts, aircon compressors, gaskets, thermostats and starter motors, from makers such as GRANIT, Cobo, Walterscheid, MAHLE and LUK.
The rear window gas struts take the load every time the window is opened, and once one weakens the glass either falls or hangs halfway. Replace them as a pair, even if only one feels soft. The other strut has done the same hours, and uneven force slowly twists the hinge. For the air conditioning there are compressors matched by pulley size and number of grooves. Check both on the unit you take off before ordering, and refill the system with the correct amount of compressor oil after fitting.
Around the engine, much of the work comes down to sealing. You will find gaskets, sealing rings, seal sets and O-rings, for instance for the pistons and the rear engine cover. Thermostats, secondary air filters and starter motors complete the picture. When you change a thermostat, always fit a new gasket. One that has already been compressed seldom seals a second time, and a weeping housing is the usual result. Ball joints and bushes take up play in the steering, while drawbars and pitons look after the hitch.
A starter that just clicks without turning often has a tired solenoid. Before replacing the whole starter motor, check the battery terminals and the heavy cable to the starter for corrosion. The secondary air filter sits inside the main element and protects the engine whenever the outer one leaks or is taken out for cleaning. Never blow it out, simply replace it. Play in a ball joint shows up quickest when someone rocks the steering wheel while you watch the joint. A joint that visibly moves or knocks should be changed before it wears the track rod and the tyres.
The type plate confirms that you are working on an F 115 and not another tractor from the Winner F100 range. If the old part has a number stamped into it, compare it with the reference number shown with the product. That check pays off with the push button switches on the dash, because many of them look alike from the outside.
Got another tractor from this range in the yard as well? The Fiat F 100 and Fiat F 140 pages each show the parts that fit those models. Every other Fiat model can be reached through Fiat parts.
