Is there a Linde H35 in your warehouse? See more than 60 matching parts for this diesel or LPG forklift, from lighting and seats to hydraulics.
When the engine cuts out halfway through a lift with a full pallet on the forks, you want to find the cause quickly. On the diesel Linde H35 it often lies in the fuel supply. The truck also comes with LPG drive, and for both there are more than 60 matching parts on this page from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, FEBI and BOSCH.
The feed pump draws diesel from the tank and delivers it to the injection pump. As it weakens, the engine still idles cleanly but falters as soon as you ask for power while lifting. Before replacing the pump, look at the fuel filter. A clogged filter causes exactly the same complaint and takes less time to change. After any work on the fuel side, bleed the system until only clear fuel without bubbles comes from the bleed screw.
For the engine there is a crankshaft seal, a further crankshaft sealing ring, an exhaust gasket, an alternator and a start switch. A blown exhaust gasket shows itself as a ticking or puffing noise on a cold start, often with black soot marks around the flange. Use new nuts if the old ones are seized or distorted, and tighten them evenly in a cross pattern so the flange pulls down flat.
If the battery stops charging, check the belt and the earth connection before you change the alternator. A slipping belt often squeals only for the first few minutes of a shift.
An air filter left in too long makes the engine breathe harder, which shows as more smoke and less pull when lifting. A fixed interval for the filter change keeps that from happening.
The data plate tells you whether the truck is an H35 and whether it runs on diesel or LPG, which matters for anything on the fuel side. Hold the number on the old filter or pump against the reference number shown with the product. With the alternator, the flange and pulley of the old unit help confirm that a replacement suits it.
If you run several trucks of this make, each model has a page of its own. They are grouped under Linde parts, so the rest of your fleet is covered just as quickly.
