Lighting and electrics are among the groups on this page for the Linde E15. In total there are more than 30 parts here that fit this electric forklift.
The Linde E15 tends to work between racking and along narrow aisles, where seeing and being seen matters a great deal. That shows in the parts available for this electric forklift. Among the more than 30 items on this page are work lamps, indicators, mirrors, a horn and a flasher unit, from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, Stabilus and Philips.
If the indicators on the E15 suddenly flash much faster than usual, the flasher unit is rarely the culprit. Usually a bulb on one side has blown. Check every indicator bulb first and only replace the flasher unit once they all work.
On many trucks only cushions are available, but for the E15 there are two complete forklift seats, including the Primo L with air suspension and fabric cover. An air suspended seat needs power for its compressor, so before fitting it make sure there is a supply at the seat and that the truck voltage suits the seat. When the suspension and hinges of an old seat are worn, a complete seat is the more sensible repair.
Gas struts for the door, front screen or rear screen hold them open where you need them. Mirrors and wiper blades with a metal frame keep the view clear. Never run a wiper across a dry, dusty screen. Rinse it first, or the grit scratches the glass and frays the rubber edge.
The data plate confirms the truck is an E15. For bulbs and the flasher unit, take out the old part and compare its number with the reference number shown for the product. With gas struts, the mounting position matters too, as a strut for the door has a different force from one for the rear screen.
Give the horn a quick test at the start of every shift. A truck without a working warning signal has no place in a hall shared with pedestrians, and a weak or rasping horn often points to corrosion at the connector rather than a faulty unit.
Every other truck from this maker has its own page on Linde parts.
