Servicing the hydraulics or lighting on a Linde H16? This page lists more than 30 matching parts for this forklift, whether it runs on diesel or LPG.
Work on a Linde H16 usually comes down to a handful of familiar jobs. A weeping hydraulic fitting, a fuel filter that is due, a mirror that met the racking while turning. This diesel or LPG forklift has more than 30 matching parts on this page, from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, BOSCH and MANN-FILTER.
A cutting ring for an adjustable elbow is listed for the H16 hydraulic lines. Whenever you remake a fitting, use a new ring, because a used one has already pressed into the pipe and will not seal reliably in a fresh spot. Cut the pipe square, deburr it inside and out, and slide the nut and ring on facing the right way. Tighten until the ring bites, then add the extra turn the fitting maker specifies. After the first run, check that the joint stays dry.
The data plate tells you it is an H16 and whether it runs on diesel or LPG. Only the diesel needs the fuel filter. For a cutting ring, go by the outside diameter of the pipe and the thread of the fitting. For filters and bulbs, compare the number on the old part with the reference number given for the product. For a mirror, measure the rod it mounts on.
A short check at the start of each shift saves trouble later. Walk once round the truck, make sure every lamp works, that the mirrors are intact and set correctly, and that there is no hydraulic oil under the H16. A drip at a fitting is often just a worn cutting ring, which is a far quicker fix than a whole new line.
On the diesel version, prime the new fuel filter where possible and bleed the system afterwards as the operator manual describes. Air left in the lines leads to hard starting and misfires that are easily blamed on something else.
Other trucks from the same maker are collected on the Linde parts page.
