Broken lamp or worn seat on your Linde E12? The more than 40 parts for this electric forklift include lighting, seats and accessories, and electrics.
The Linde E12 is an electric forklift that usually works indoors, between racking and in workshops, which is exactly where mirrors, lights and the seat take knocks. This page holds more than 40 replacement parts for the E12, from GRANIT, GRAMMER, HELLA, Stabilus and Philips.
For the E12 you can go either way. If the suspension has given up, there is a complete forklift seat, such as the air suspended Primo L with fabric upholstery. If only the base is worn through, a separate seat cushion does the job, for example the fabric cushion for MSG 65 to MSG 93 seats. A label under the seat tells you which seat type your truck has.
Keep in mind that an air suspended seat has a small compressor that needs power. Check that the truck has a suitable connection before fitting, and route the cable so it cannot get trapped when the seat slides back and forth.
When the indicators work on one side only, or the flasher suddenly ticks faster, the cause is usually a failed bulb or poor earth on that side. Only once bulbs and wiring check out should you suspect the flasher unit itself. It saves replacing a part that was never at fault.
The E12 range also covers halogen bulbs, flood beam work lamps, metal bracket wiper blades and black mirrors. There are gas struts too, including one for a door, front or rear window. Replace a wiper blade as soon as it chatters or leaves streaks, because grit trapped under hardened rubber will scratch the glass.
Mirrors on an E12 tend to get knocked by racking and door frames. Tightening the bracket only as much as needed lets the mirror fold away on impact instead of snapping off. And if the horn goes quiet, look at the plug and wiring before replacing it, as a corroded connection is a common culprit.
First check the data plate to make sure the truck is an E12 and not a close relative. Then take the old part in hand. A bulb shows its type on the base, a gas strut has a code on the body and a relay carries a number on its cover. That reference number is the surest way to the correct replacement. Other Linde models with their own page are listed under Linde parts.
