The Linde H50 forklift, in its diesel or LPG version, has more than 60 parts on this page. Lighting, electrics and hydraulics are among the groups.
A silent horn or a failed relay sounds minor, until it means the truck is not allowed to drive or will not start. On the Linde H50, which you will find with diesel or LPG drive, plenty of faults come down to the electrics and to routine servicing. Owners of the diesel model, often called the H50D, will find the fuel side covered too. In total there are more than 60 matching parts here from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, BOSCH and FEBI.
There are changeover relays, horns, a start switch supplied with keys, and alternators. When a function suddenly stops working, swap its relay with an identical one from another circuit first. If the fault moves with it, you know the relay is to blame. When the horn stays quiet, check the fuse and the earth before replacing the horn itself. A key switch that feels stiff or loses contact in one position should be changed before the truck stops somewhere awkward on site.
For a service on the H50 you can pick up an engine oil filter, a fuel filter and an air filter. Smear the rubber seal of the oil filter with a little clean oil and tighten it by hand only. Done up with a wrench it will be seized solid at the next change. Let the engine idle for a moment afterwards and check the filter stays dry. On the diesel, bleed the system after fitting a new fuel filter.
A rear crankshaft seal and an additional crankshaft sealing ring deal with oil leaks, and cutting rings help with hydraulic lines. A cutting ring is a single use part, since it deforms when tightened and will not seal reliably a second time.
Seat cushions and back cushions in black PVC, wiper blades, halogen bulbs and a hazard light symbol complete the picture. A flattened cushion is more than a comfort issue, as an operator who sits badly tires faster over a long shift.
The data plate tells you whether it is an H50 and whether it runs on diesel or LPG. For relays, compare the number of pins and the switching type with the old one, and for the oil filter, the thread. If the old part carries a number, check it against the reference number listed with the product.
If you run other forklifts of this make alongside the H50, each model with its own page can be reached through Linde parts.
