This page holds everything we carry for the Linde H80: more than 50 parts for diesel or LPG trucks, including lighting, electrics and hydraulics.
With a Linde H80 you do not want to guess, because the wrong part means more time off the road. This page lists more than 50 new parts that fit the H80 with a diesel or LPG engine, from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, FEBI and MANN-FILTER. First how to be sure what you need, then what is on offer.
The type plate on the H80 shows the type and serial number. Write both down before you start. After that, the old part is your best source. Filters carry their number on the canister or label, a seal on its side, relays and switches on the housing and halogen bulbs on the base. If that number matches what the product shows, you have the right part. If it has become unreadable, work from the serial number of the truck rather than measuring and hoping.
For engine servicing there are engine oil filters, fuel filters and an air filter. For the crankshaft you will find seals and gaskets, and for pipe work a cutting ring. On the electrical side there are start switches with keys, changeover relays and a horn.
Halogen bulbs, an indicator lens and wiper blades keep the view clear. With halogen bulbs one simple rule applies: never touch the glass with bare fingers. Skin oil burns onto the hot glass and shortens the life of the bulb. Use a clean cloth or hold the bulb by its base, and when a headlight bulb fails, replace both sides together so the light stays even.
For the operator there are black PVC seat and back cushions and switch symbols such as the hazard light symbol.
The start switch comes with a set of keys. Change the switch and the key changes too, so hand the new keys to everyone who drives the truck and collect the old ones. That way nobody turns up at the start of a shift with a key that no longer fits. Replace a streaking wiper blade only after cleaning the screen, so grit does not damage the new rubber edge straight away. And a relay that clicks audibly without the load coming on usually has burnt contacts.
If you also work on other trucks from this maker, the Linde parts page leads you to them. Every Linde type with its own parts list has a place there.
