Keep a diesel or LPG Linde H60 working with the more than 50 parts on this page. Lighting, electrics and hydraulics are some of the groups you will find.
If you service a Linde H60 yourself, you want everything on the bench before you start. This page follows the order of a normal service, from the oil filter to the seat. It holds more than 50 new Linde H60 parts from GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, FEBI and MANN-FILTER, for trucks running on diesel or LPG.
A tip on the engine oil filter. Smear a thin film of clean engine oil on the rubber seal of the new filter, spin it on by hand until the seal touches, then give it another three quarters of a turn. Make sure the old seal has not stayed stuck to the filter head, because two seals stacked on each other will leak every time. Run the engine briefly after filling and check that the filter stays dry. On a diesel truck, bleed the fuel line after changing the fuel filter so the engine does not draw in air.
Some parts wear out between services as well. For starting and switching there are start switches with keys, changeover relays and a horn. Halogen bulbs, an indicator lens and wiper blades take care of visibility. Black PVC seat and back cushions bring a sagging seat back into use, and individual switch symbols, such as the hazard light symbol, can be replaced once they have worn.
The type plate on the H60 shows the type and serial number. For filters, the quickest way is the number on the old filter, and for seals the number on the side of the old one. Compare that reference number with the details shown with the product before ordering.
If you work from a fixed service sheet, note the running hours and which filters you changed at every service. Next time you can see at once whether the air filter is due or can wait another round. Knocking an air filter out between changes does not help, because the filter medium gets damaged. And a relay that clicks but does not switch usually has burnt contacts.
For the rest of the brand, go to the Linde parts page. It collects every Linde type that has its own parts list, which helps when several trucks are due for servicing.
