Finding parts for a diesel or LPG Linde H70 is quick here. Choose from more than 50 items that fit this truck, among them lighting, electrics and hydraulics.
A Linde H70 that refuses to start at the beginning of a shift holds up the whole loading crew, so this page starts with the electrical side of the truck. In total there are more than 50 new parts here for the H70 in its diesel or LPG form, from GRANIT and from brands such as HELLA, GRAMMER, FEBI and MANN-FILTER.
For the electrical supply there is an alternator, changeover relays and start switches supplied with keys. If the battery keeps going flat or the charge warning light comes on while working, the alternator is not automatically to blame. Check the tension and condition of the drive belt first, then the cable connections at the battery, the earth point and the alternator. Only when all of that is sound and the charging voltage with the engine running is still too low is a new alternator the answer.
With a relay, take the old one to the bench. Count the pins and compare the wiring diagram on the housing, so the replacement drops into the same socket and switches the same way. A horn and switch symbols, the hazard light symbol among them, complete the electrical parts.
For regular servicing there are engine oil filters, fuel filters and an air filter. If oil is leaking at the crankshaft, crankshaft seals and gaskets are available, and a cutting ring is there for a pipe joint that needs remaking. On the operator side you will find wiper blades, halogen bulbs and black PVC seat and back cushions.
The type plate on the H70 gives you the type and serial number. For electrical parts, the number on the old relay or switch, or on the label of the alternator itself, is the surest guide. Check it against the product details on this page before you place the order. With a start switch, also check the number of keys and the terminals at the back.
On a truck that works among pedestrians, a working horn is not optional. If it stops, check the fuse and the relay before replacing the horn itself. If it sounds weak or rasping, a poor earth is often the cause. Clean the contact point back to bare metal and bolt the horn on firmly again.
Looking after other trucks from this maker too? The Linde parts page takes you to every Linde type with a page of its own, which makes it quick to find the matching list for each machine in the fleet.
