Trailer couplings, electrics and lighting for the New Holland TL80, plus much more. This page lists more than 300 parts for the TL series in clear groups.
More than 300 parts on this page fit the New Holland TL80, covering the clutch, gearbox, hydraulics, engine, air conditioning and lighting. Alongside GRANIT you will see names like LUK, Eaton, ROCKINGER and Cobo.
Splitting a TL80 to get at the clutch is a big job, so it pays to replace the release bearing while everything is apart. A new thrust bearing costs little compared with splitting the tractor a second time when the old one starts to whine. For the transmission there are gear wheels, and for the hydraulics there are sealing rings such as the one on the lift cylinder piston. The seal for the outer lift cylinder is here too, which is the part to look at if the linkage creeps down while the tractor is parked.
Engine parts include injection nozzles, starter motors and alternators, with thermostat gaskets and O-rings for the cooling system. A practical tip for the thermostat: always fit the new gasket and O-ring together and scrape the old gasket material off the housing face. Even a small leftover piece is enough to make the new thermostat weep coolant. If your TL80 has air conditioning, you will also find aircon compressors and the separate V-belt that drives the compressor. Contact switches and rear lights complete the electrical side, and drawbars and Piton Fix hitches cover the rear of the tractor. Before changing hitch systems, measure the rail on the tractor so the new drawbar fits without any reworking.
If the engine is slow to turn over, check the battery terminals and the earth strap before blaming the starter. Only when those connections are clean and tight is it worth swapping the starter motor or its solenoid.
Check the serial plate to be sure you are dealing with a TL80. After that, the reference number on the part you removed is the quickest check. On a thermostat gasket it is often pressed into the material, while on an alternator or starter motor it sits on the plate fixed to the housing. With injection nozzles, compare the shape and position of the connections as well.
The other tractors in the TL range each have their own page showing only the parts that fit that model, which makes it easier to plan servicing across a mixed fleet.
Every other model from the brand can be reached through New Holland parts.
