No more endless searching for what fits the New Holland TM140. This page lists more than 250 parts for the TM series, such as trailer couplings and lighting.
Once a TM140 has plenty of hours on it, the small faults start to show. A fan that never stops roaring, a transmission warning, a ticking from the turbo side of the exhaust. This page brings together more than 250 New Holland TM140 parts, from makers including GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Cobo and GRAMMER.
For cooling there are viscous fan clutches and water pump gaskets. A failing fan clutch shows up as an engine that runs hot under heavy work, or as a fan that roars constantly. A simple check with the engine cold and stopped: turn the fan by hand. It should offer some resistance. If it spins very freely, or the bearing has play, the clutch is due.
On the exhaust side you will find the gasket between the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger. Renew any corroded nuts or studs when you fit it, and tighten them in a cross pattern in several stages. There are also starter motors, tank caps, O-rings and sealing rings.
For tractors with a Full Power Shift gearbox there are oil pressure switches with connection cable and plug, along with a transmission oil temperature sensor. A transmission warning often has nothing to do with the gearbox itself, so check the sensor plug for corrosion and loose pins first.
For the cab there are air suspended tractor seats, headlights and rear window gas struts. The hydraulics are covered by seal kits, and at the rear there are drawbars, Piton Fix and adapter plates.
When you replace a headlight or just the bulb, keep your fingers off the glass of a new halogen bulb, because grease on the glass shortens its life. Re-aim the headlights afterwards so you do not dazzle oncoming traffic and can still see far enough ahead.
Read the model and serial number from the type plate. Sensors and switches nearly always carry a reference number on the housing, and that is the quickest way to match them with the description on this page.
The TM140 is part of the TM series. If another TM model works on the farm, it has a page of its own with the parts for that model:
The rest of the brand's tractors are under New Holland parts.
