Electrics, engine parts and lighting for the diesel or LPG Linde H100: this page lists more than 20 matching parts, so you can choose with confidence.
The Linde H100 runs on diesel or LPG and handles heavy lifting. When it stops, the culprit is often something small: a blown fuse, a leaking shaft seal or a hose clamp that has worked loose. This page lists more than 20 new replacement parts for this type, from GRANIT, HELLA, MANN-FILTER, Philips and VICTOR REINZ.
For the electrical system there are green maxi blade fuses, changeover relays, halogen bulbs and a horn with bracket. Always replace a fuse with one of the same current rating. If a new fuse blows straight away, there is a short somewhere, and fitting a heavier fuse only moves the damage into the wiring.
There is also a battery cut-off switch with a rotary key. It lets you isolate the truck before working on the electrics and stops a parked machine from draining its battery. You will also find a switch symbol, a cover, a mirror and a wiper blade with a metal bracket.
On the engine side there is a rear crankshaft seal and further sealing parts, including items from VICTOR REINZ. Lightly oil the lip of a new seal and drive it in square using a suitable drift or a piece of tube. A seal that sits crooked, or whose lip folds over during fitting, will start leaking again soon.
For the hydraulics there is a cutting ring with an adjustable elbow. A cutting ring bites into the pipe the first time it is tightened and stays with that pipe afterwards, so a new connection needs a new ring. Hose clamps and a ventilation filter complete the picture. The breather lets a tank take in and release air without drawing in dirt, and a blocked one can leave the tank under vacuum.
Begin with the data plate, which shows the type and serial number. That matters on the H100 in particular, because it exists in diesel and LPG form. For seals, filters and fuses, the number on the part you removed is the safest guide. Do not just measure an old seal, compare the markings stamped on it with the product description as well.
Other forklifts from this manufacturer are grouped under Linde parts, where every type has an overview of its own.
One more tip for the horn: if it stays silent, first check whether voltage reaches the connector when the button is pressed. If it does, the horn itself is faulty. If not, look at the fuse and the relay next.
