Hydraulic leak or a lamp out on your Linde H18? More than 30 items for the diesel or LPG version are listed here, covering lighting and hydraulics.
The Linde H18 comes as a diesel or an LPG forklift. For parts, that only matters in one place, since the fuel filter belongs to the diesel version. Everything else on this page, from seat cushion to rear light, suits both. Altogether there are more than 30 replacement parts for the H18 here, made by GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, BOSCH and MANN-FILTER.
For the operator seat there are seat cushions and back cushions in black PVC, made for GRAMMER seats with upper part 721. PVC is easy to keep clean as long as you treat it right. Use a cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap and keep solvents and harsh degreasers away, because they harden the material until it cracks at the seams. Once a cushion is split, the foam soaks up moisture and a new cushion is the only real fix.
Swap headlight bulbs as a pair. A new bulb on one side and an old one on the other gives uneven light, and the old one usually fails soon after anyway. A cracked lamp glass can be changed on its own, provided the housing and bulb holder behind it are still clean and dry.
The diesel H18 is served by a MANN-FILTER fuel filter. For the hydraulics there is a cutting ring for an adjustable elbow, the part you reach for when a line starts sweating at its connection. Mirrors, wiper blades with a metal frame, a horn with bracket and the red hazard light symbol complete the picture.
The data plate on the truck shows the H18 designation and the drive type. On a filter, find the number on the canister, and on a bulb, read the code on the base. Hold that against the reference number shown for the product. For cushions, check the label on the seat, which names the upper part.
On the diesel, prime the new fuel filter where you can and bleed the system afterwards as the manual describes. A test of the horn belongs at the start of every shift too, as a truck without a warning signal should not be working among people on foot.
