Sorted by product group, this page lists more than 120 parts for the Massey Ferguson 6713S, such as trailer couplings, lighting and electrics.
On a 6713S that spends its days pulling trailers and tankers, the rear end takes the hardest knocks. The pick-up hitch, the lift linkage and the air brake couplings all work on every run. This page lists more than 120 new replacement parts that fit the Massey Ferguson 6713S, from GRANIT, Scharmüller, Walterscheid, HELLA and MAHLE. They are aftermarket parts rather than dealer stock, made for repairs you can do in your own workshop.
Start with the serial plate and make sure it really reads 6713S. The tractors in the 6700S series look alike from the outside, but every model has its own parts list. If the old part is already off, look for a reference number stamped or cast into it and compare it with the product description. For hitch parts, measure the rail width and pin diameter on the existing pick-up. For a thermostat, check the diameter and the opening temperature before you order.
A workshop tip for the ball joints on the front axle. Before swapping one, have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth with the engine running while you hold the joint. If you feel a knock in the ball rather than at the steering arm, the joint is worn. Always fit a new self-locking nut or split pin, torque it properly and check the toe-in afterwards, because a new joint with a different length will change the tracking and wear the front tyres.
The same thinking applies at the back. A worn pick-up hook rattles in its rail and the trailer pushes noticeably when you brake. Check the guides in the drawbar frame as well, because a new hook in a worn frame will soon show the same play.
Each model in the series has its own page. If you also run a Massey Ferguson 6715S or a Massey Ferguson 6718S, the parts for those tractors are listed there. For every other model of the brand, start from the overview of Massey Ferguson parts.
