More than 300 parts for the Massey Ferguson 7615 from the 7600 series, sorted by group, so you can go straight to trailer couplings, electrics or lighting.
The 7615 is often seen pulling steered trailers and carrying heavy implements on the linkage. This page carries more than 300 Massey Ferguson 7615 parts: drawbars, drawbar frames, automatic hitches and hydraulic lifting struts at the rear, thermostats and sensors for the engine, and clutch plates and adjusting plates for the driveline. Brands are GRANIT, Scharmüller, Walterscheid, DANA Spicer and ROCKINGER.
For steered trailers there are forced steering parts such as a bar welded at both ends with a lock. You will also find rail drawbars, drawbar frames including versions for Challenger, automatic hitches and adapter plates. Every time you hitch up, check the balls and the lock on the forced steering bar. A bar that does not lock properly can let the trailer kick out in a bend. Hydraulic lifting struts are available for the three point linkage.
Under the bonnet there are thermostats and inductive transmission speed sensors, and work lamps for the cab. Always fit a thermostat with a new gasket and use the right type of coolant. If in doubt, drain fully rather than topping up with something different.
The wet clutches, including the four wheel drive clutch, use external plates and internal plates. In the DANA Spicer front axle, adjusting plates set up the gear mesh. There are also O-rings, sealing rings and seals such as the cab door handle seal.
A hydraulic lifting strut lets you level an implement from the seat, provided the strut holds its oil. If an implement slowly drops out of level with the engine off, the strut is often leaking internally. Check the hoses and quick couplers for dirt and leaks before replacing the strut itself, and when fitting it make sure the hoses neither stretch nor rub with the linkage fully raised or fully lowered. For the PTO there are O-rings. Renew them every time the PTO stub comes out, even if nothing was leaking, because a used ring seldom lasts long once it has been disturbed. The work lamps for the cab are worth a quick check too, as a flickering lamp is more often a corroded plug than a failed light.
The serial number on the type plate of your 7615 and the reference number on the old part give you the best certainty, and for drawbars and frames the measured rail width helps too. Every other model in the 7600 series has its own page: Massey Ferguson 7616, Massey Ferguson 7618, Massey Ferguson 7619, Massey Ferguson 7620 and Massey Ferguson 7624. All other tractors from the brand are under Massey Ferguson parts.
