The 7600 series page for the Massey Ferguson 7619 holds more than 250 parts. Electrics, lighting and trailer couplings are some of the groups to browse here.
The Massey Ferguson 7619 spends its days on heavy draft and implement work, so the business end at the back gets plenty of attention here. In all, this page holds more than 250 replacement parts that fit the type, from GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Walterscheid, HELLA and others.
For trailers there are drawbars, automatic hitches, Piton Fix hitches and top drawbars. A height adjustable adapter plate lets you set the hitch at the right height for each trailer. For the three-point linkage there are hydraulic top links, which let you adjust the pitch of an implement from the cab and save a lot of stepping down when ploughing or drilling.
Check the hoses and couplings of a hydraulic top link for leaks now and then, and fit the dust caps on the quick couplers whenever it is disconnected. Dirt in the hydraulics is one of the fastest ways to ruin a cylinder.
The four-wheel drive clutch uses external and internal plates, both available here. There are also O-rings for the powershift and transmission speed sensors. A speed sensor with metal dust on its tip gives erratic readings, so clean it before condemning it. Always renew clutch plates as a complete set, and soak new friction plates in the specified oil for a while before fitting them.
Around the engine you will find thermostats, temperature sensors, seals and sealing rings. Smaller items include the seal for the cab door handle, and LED work lights take care of lighting.
If the engine struggles to reach temperature, or the gauge climbs during heavy draft work, the thermostat is an obvious suspect. Test the old one in a pan of hot water: if it stays shut, you have your answer. Fit the new one on a clean seat with a new seal, then bleed the cooling system.
The type plate tells you whether your tractor is a 7619. For drawbars and adapter plates, also measure the rail width and pin size of what is fitted now, because the fit depends on it. For everything else, the reference number on the old part is the best guide to compare with the parts on this page.
The 7619 is one of the types in the Massey Ferguson 7600 series. These types have their own page too:
The remaining tractors of the brand are on the Massey Ferguson parts page.
